A. Payment Terms

1. Payment by L/C
The L/C should be fulfill the following this criteria ( a must ) to avoid later costly amendments
    * Irrevocable
    * Draft at sight
    * Available with/by = any Bank in Indonesian by negotiation
    * Percentage total amount tolerance = 10/10
    * Date and place of expiry = Indonesia “ask for the date please”
    * Latest date of shipment = “ask for the date please”
    * Partial shipment = allowed
    * Transshipment = allowed
    * Third party documents = allowed

2. Payment by T/T
    * Please fax a copy of the applicant before issuing it ( +62-271-713794 / 652840), to check

       with the Bank and shipping lines for term that may cause problem in compliance

       to avoid unnecessary later costly amendments.
    * Davindo Furniture Investama a direct down payment on presenting the order, to

       start the manufacture of the full container load orders, amounting to 40% of the

       total invoice or total sales contract.
    * The rest payment is paid by the T/T ( transferred after received copy of complete

       document ) or L/C
    * Transfer can be done through our bank

B. Payment Option

Usually payment are made as follow :
1st version : Fully covered by irrevocable sight L/C

40% DP upon the confirmation of the order

C. Order System

How do we order from you?
The best way to contact us is through email and facsimile. Tell us what you're interested in and we will respond to your inquiry. Click here to enter the contact us page.

Do you have minimum quantity to order?
Yes the minimum quantity for trial order is 1 containers (20 ft) with maximum 5 product items.

Can you provide samples?
Yes. We can provide samples of all products or by your design request. You can send us your technical drawing and we will give you the sample of your design.

What period is required from time to order to delivery?
This depends on what and how much you order. Your new products will take 8-16 weeks to deliver after order contract. For repeat order will take 8 weeks to deliver after ordering.

D. Packing System

Usually we used the corrugated paper or single face paper and than we can use the foam if buyer must pay the additional cost for that.

E. Production Period

a.1 X 20 ft container will be 6 weeks maximum
b.1 X 40 ft container will be 8 weeks maximum
 

F. Change and Cancellation

Change and cancellation can be accepted only prior to our schedule production. If changes and cancellation are done during the production of original order, it can not be executed anymore.
 

G. Complaints or Claims

Any complains must be with the evidence, such as photographs. We need 3 (three) photographs (it takes form front side, side and back side angle). Especially for chair, we also need the leg's photograph for each complained units. We realize that complain could be arise because of the raw material is not good enough or the employee's negligence when takes the goods out from the container. We will replace the complained furniture on next shipment.
